Can you really visit a place like Crete without tasting its famous products? This half-day tour will show you the real Cretan flavors along with the traditional and modern ways of producing them. Our bus picks you up from your hotel in the morning and our first destination is a local olive oil factory, where you can learn about this essential ingredient of Mediterranean cuisine.
Our next stop is a cottage industry in Alikampos, where our host will guide you to the fascinating world of wine. You will be amazed by the build natural cellars into the earth as well as the breathtaking view.
The last stop is at a small traditional village called Maza, where we visit a Byzantine church and a traditional “kafeneio” for some coffee and raki.
